About Serving His Community

My family and I moved to Loma Linda 13 years ago. We were drawn to what the city represented — a city focused on health and prosperity— the epitome of the American Dream and the most diverse city in Southern California outside of Los Angeles County. Witnessing the dedication of community leaders, I witnessed their contributions to our city and felt a deep desire to give back to the community that I love and has given me so much. This passion is what led me to run a successful grassroots campaign for city council in 2020, becoming Loma Linda’s first new Councilmember in eight years, and San Bernardino County’s first Asian American elected to a city council.

As a current council member I’ve worked closely with neighbors, community leaders, and small businesses to improve our city.
